Inclusion criteria
- clinically diagnosed as IPMN;
- without other malignant tumor;
- agree to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
- with mental disorders which can affect cognition and cooperation;
- with serious blood diseases or taking drugs that can affect peripheral blood
