The goal of this study is to collect biospecimens (blood and cystic fluid) and data from participants who have a pancreatic cyst that requires surgical resection. The blood and fluid samples will be analyzed for research into DNA, RNA, and proteins.

Inclusion criteria
- Voluntarily agree to participate by giving written informed consent prior to any study-specific procedures.
- Subject at least 18 years of age and able to provide consent. Subject is willing and able to comply with requirements of the protocol.
- Radiologically documented cyst of the pancreas for which surgical removal is clinically indicated.
- Patient will be undergoing a surgical resection of their pancreatic cystic neoplasm.
Exclusion criteria
- Patient who is pregnant at the time of study enrollment and sample collection.
- Patient will not be undergoing clinically indicated surgery for a pancreatic cystic neoplasm.
- Patient is unwilling or unable to provide informed consent or comply with study procedures.
