Inclusion criteria
- Chronic low back pain patients (more than three months)
- Knee osteoarthritis
- Patients with partial Rotator cuff tear
Exclusion criteria
- Acute injuries
- Systemic inflammatory conditions
- Neurological deficits affecting exercise
- Cognitive impairment preventing understanding of education materials
- Participation in other rehabilitation programs
